Exercise Log 10/27/11
Today I was slacking, unfortunately. School and personal commitments got in the way, but thank goodness for phys ed! (Did I just say that…). I think it’s important to count even the small bits of exercise; otherwise I’ll just get discouraged and feel guilty. I got some accomplished today, and that is what counts.
